Steps
[dry ingredients]
- Put all the dry ingredients in the strainer / bowl
- Sift the dry ingredients mixture
- Set it aside
[wet ingredients]
- In a separate bowl, add the coconut milk, egg, cooking oil and ube flavoring
- Mix well
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients

- Heat up the pan and apply some oil
- Scoop the pancake batter
- Cook the bottom side (once you see the bubbles on the surface, ready to flip)
- Flip and cook the other side
- Drizzle with ube syrup and serve it!
