Adobo is a very popular and traditional Filipino dish. There are various versions of Adobo. In this recipe, I am using liver to add body to the adobo and also rich with iron. If you love chicken liver, you will like this adobo.

Ingredients
- 3 lbs Chicken (any dark meat, bone-in) – https://amzn.to/3l11317
- 1/2 lb Chicken liver
- 8 cloves Garlic (minced) – https://amzn.to/3k3wPJr
- 1/2 pc Onion – https://amzn.to/3euCTcD
- 5 pcs Bay Leaves – https://amzn.to/2U0Plr6
- ⅓ cup Soy Sauce – https://amzn.to/3oWrWFT
- 3 tbsp Vinegar – https://amzn.to/3mYpSvg
- 1/2 cup (or less) Water
- 1 tsp Salt (to taste) – https://amzn.to/2JGLnSP

Steps
- Saute garlic and onion
- Add chicken and continue to saute until the chicken is cooked (about 5 minutes)
- Add Bay Leaves
- Add water and put the lid on
- Simmer for 15 minutes in medium-low heat
- Add liver and cook for 2 minutes
- Add soy sauce and vinegar
- Set to medium heat and cook for 15 minutes or until sauce thickens
