Steps
[marinade]
- Crush the sesame seeds
- In the ziploc bag, add the pork, sake, miso paste, crushed sesame seeds, garlic and ginger
- Set it aside
[veggie prep]
- Chop all the veggies to the bite size and set aside
[saute]
- Prepare a pot and add sesame oil
- Saute the pork until it cooks
- Add the kimchi and continue to saute
- Add the soup base (gochujang, soy sauce, chicken broth, sake and water)
[simmer]
- Add the fishballs / lobsterballs or any other meatballs of your choice
- Add the veggies
- Cover and simmer for 3 minutes or until the veggies are cooked
- Serve!
