Ginataang Bilo Bilo is a very popular Filipino dish that can be served as breakfast, snacks, dessert, or for the party potluck. Cold or hot weather, it is very comforting and easy to make which is everyone can enjoy this recipe.

- 2 pcs Ube Yam – https://amzn.to/36cbqZA

- 1200 ml Coconut Milk – https://amzn.to/3k1WNgn
- 1 – 2 cups Water

Steps
[Bilo bilo]
- Mix glutinous rice flour with water (add the water little by little) until the flour mixture is a clay-like texture
- Shape the flour mixture into small balls and set it aside
[Tapioca Pearl]
- Boil water
- Add the tapioca pearl and boil it for about 10 minutes or until it is translucent
- Drain water and set it aside

- Prepare all the ingredients in bite-size
- Boil water in a pot and add the purple sweet yam and sweet potato in a pot
- Add coconut water and cook the potatoes until it is slightly softened
- Add the jack fruit and saba banana and continue to cook
- Add sugar
- Check the taste and adjust accordingly. (add sugar, water, coconut milk, depending on your preferences)
- Make sure the pot is boiling and add in the bilo bilo
- Wait for the bilo bilo to float (that means it is cooked)
- Add the tapioca pearl
- Give one good stir and serve it!
