- Pizza Toppings (of your choice)
Steps

- Preheat oven to 400F
- Grate fresh cauliflower
- Toast grated cauliflower in a pan for about 10 minutes (do not put oil nor water)
- Keep stirring while toasting until the moisture evaporates
- Once cauliflower dried out, remove from the heat and cool it down
- Add parmesan cheese and egg (beaten) and combine well
- Prepare a pizza pan and line a parchment paper
- Transfer the cauliflower mixture to a pizza pan
- Shape it like a dome and start spreading to shape like a pizza crust
- Make a pizza crust shape about 1/4 inch thick
- Pop it in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until it is brown and firm
- Remove from the oven

- Put pizza sauce and toppings of your choice
- Pop it in the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the pizza toppings are done
