Ingredients

Steps

[Ground Beef Bulgogi]

  1. In a bowl put ground beef and half Kiwi (ground) 
  2. Add minced garlic, diced onion and combine
  3. Add Mirin, Sugar, Soy Sauce, and Pepper then combine
  4. Put oil on a pan and turn on the heat
  5. Add the ground beef mixture to a pan and start cooking until it turns brown
  6. Continue to simmer until the liquid reduces
  7. Once the liquid reduces, add sesame oil
  8. Remove excess oil if you want it to be less oily
  9. Add green onions and toasted sesame and mix them
  10. Set it aside

[Assembly]

  1. Beat eggs with salt(to taste)
  2. Heat up the pan, mid to low
  3. Add oil and spread and wipe the excess oil
  4. Cook the eggs
  5. Once eggs are cooked, set them aside to cool them down
  6. Once the egg is cooled down, slice it into the square where it can fit in the 1/4 area of the nori sheet.
  7. Once eggs are cut, set them aside
  8. Place a nori sheet rough side up
  9. Make an incision (cut the nori sheet in the middle until it reaches the center)
  10. Place the rice on the bottom right side (from your view)
  11. Place the carrots on the upper right side (from your view)
  12. Place the lettuce and pickled radish on the bottom left side (from your view)
  13. Place the egg and bulgogi on the upper left side (from your view)
  14. Fold the nori from the bottom left towards to upper left
