Steps
[Ground Beef Bulgogi]
- In a bowl put ground beef and half Kiwi (ground)
- Add minced garlic, diced onion and combine
- Add Mirin, Sugar, Soy Sauce, and Pepper then combine
- Put oil on a pan and turn on the heat
- Add the ground beef mixture to a pan and start cooking until it turns brown
- Continue to simmer until the liquid reduces
- Once the liquid reduces, add sesame oil
- Remove excess oil if you want it to be less oily
- Add green onions and toasted sesame and mix them
- Set it aside
[Assembly]
- Beat eggs with salt(to taste)
- Heat up the pan, mid to low
- Add oil and spread and wipe the excess oil
- Cook the eggs
- Once eggs are cooked, set them aside to cool them down
- Once the egg is cooled down, slice it into the square where it can fit in the 1/4 area of the nori sheet.
- Once eggs are cut, set them aside
- Place a nori sheet rough side up
- Make an incision (cut the nori sheet in the middle until it reaches the center)
- Place the rice on the bottom right side (from your view)
- Place the carrots on the upper right side (from your view)
- Place the lettuce and pickled radish on the bottom left side (from your view)
- Place the egg and bulgogi on the upper left side (from your view)
- Fold the nori from the bottom left towards to upper left
