Steps
- Cut the pork with scissors (both sides)
- Score the pork (both sides)
- Pound the pork chop and reshape
- Season with salt and pepper (both sides)
- Thinly coat one side with soy sauce
- Coat with the all purpose flour (both sides)
- Turn on heat (mid-heat)
- Cook the side with soy sauce first (for about 3 minutes)
- Cook until golden brown and flip to cook the other side
- lower the heat and cook for about 2 minutes
- Remove from the heat and set for 2 minutes
