  1. Cut the pork with scissors (both sides)
  2. Score the pork (both sides)
  3. Pound the pork chop and reshape
  4. Season with salt and pepper (both sides)
  5. Thinly coat one side with soy sauce
  6. Coat with the all purpose flour (both sides)
  7. Turn on heat (mid-heat)
  8. Cook the side with soy sauce first (for about 3 minutes)
  9. Cook until golden brown and flip to cook the other side
  10. lower the heat and cook for about 2 minutes
  11. Remove from the heat and set for 2 minutes

  1. Add all the ingredients of the sauce in the pan used to cook the pork chop
  2. Simmer until it thickens
