Steps

  1. Pat dry the chicken thigh (boneless, skinless)
  2. Combine salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, dried thyme and rosemary
  3. Season the chicken (both sides) with the mixed seasoning
  4. Heat up the pan and add olive oil
  5. Cook the chicken on both sides
  6. Once the chicken is 80% cooked, remove from the heat and set aside
  7. In the same pan, add butter
  8. Cook the brown mushroom
  9. Season with salt and pepper
  10. Add green peas and garlic
  11. Add white wine
  12. Add heavy whipping cream
  13. Continue cooking
  14. Add parmesan cheese
  15. Put back the chicken in the pan
  16. Continue to simmer for a few minutes
  17. Add parsley
  18. Add white truffle oil
  19. Serve it!
