Steps
- In a pot put egg yolks and sugar
- Mix well until sugar is fully dissolved and it looks white-ish
- Add cake flour and incorporate gently
- Add warmed milk little by a little while mixing
- Put in a heat (medium) and keep stirring until smoothen
- Remove from the heat and transfer it to a tray
- Cool down, put cover on and set aside in the fridge
