Ingredients

Steps

[brown butter]

  1. Put butter in the pot
  2. Heat up until the butter turns brown
  3. Set it aside in a bowl

[crust]

  1. Put the Graham cracker in the Ziploc
  2. Use a rolling pin and crush the cracker
  3. Add the brown butter, and combine until it is a sand-like texture
  4. Prepare a pie pan
  5. Put about 1/3 of the crust on the bottom of the pie pan
  6. Set it aside

[mango]

  1. Slice and cut the mangoes in cubes
  2. Add lemon juice and sugar
  3. Mix and gently smash
  4. Set it aside

[whipped cream]

  1. Mix Heavy Whipping Cream and Condensed Milk
  2. Add Vanilla Extract
  3. Continue to mix until it is a soft peak

[assembly]

  1. In a pan, add the whipped cream, flatten
  2. Add mangoes and crust crumbs
  3. Add another layer of whipped cream
  4. Finish up by topping the mango and crust crumbs
  5. Put in the freezer overnight
  6. Thaw 20 minutes before service it
