Ingredients 

Serves 5 – 6

[Ginger sauce]


Steps

  1. Combine all the ginger sauce ingredients and set aside
  2. Gently pound the pork with a knife to soften the tendons
  3. Coat the pork with the ginger sauce
  4. Gently coat the pork with all purpose flour
  5. Heat up the pan
  6. Saute the onion lightly and set aside
  7. Add a bit of cooking oil to the pan and put the pork
  8. Cook both sides of the pork
  9. Add ginger and ginger sauce
  10. Toss then plate it
