Steps
- Poke the pork chops with a fork to tenderize the meat
- Cut the edges to prevent the pork to curl
- Season the pork with salt and pepper (both sides)
- Prepare the flour mixture. Add all purpose flour, salt and pepper in a tray
- Prepare the egg mixture. Add Egg, milk, salt and pepper in a container and beat the egg
- Prepare the panko breadcrumbs in a tray
- First, coat the pork with the flour mixture (remove excess flour)
- Transfer the pork into egg mixture
- Finally, coat the pork with panko breadcrumbs
(note: you can toast the panko breadcrumbs first to give you a brown color of breadcrumbs) - Spray oil to the pork
- Preheat Air Fryer to 400F (200C)
- Once preheated, put the pork in the Air Fryer
- Cook for 12 minutes total (6 minutes each side)
- Remove the pork half way (6 mins), flip, apply some oil and resume the cooking
- Once pork’s inside temp reaches 170F (76C), it is ready to serve!
