Steps

  1. Poke the pork chops with a fork to tenderize the meat
  2. Cut the edges to prevent the pork to curl
  3. Season the pork with salt and pepper (both sides)
  4. Prepare the flour mixture. Add all purpose flour, salt and pepper in a tray
  5. Prepare the egg mixture. Add Egg, milk, salt and pepper in a container and beat the egg
  6. Prepare the panko breadcrumbs in a tray
  7. First, coat the pork with the flour mixture (remove excess flour)
  8. Transfer the pork into egg mixture
  9. Finally, coat the pork with panko breadcrumbs
    (note: you can toast the panko breadcrumbs first to give you a brown color of breadcrumbs)
  10. Spray oil to the pork
  11. Preheat Air Fryer to 400F (200C)
  12. Once preheated, put the pork in the Air Fryer
  13. Cook for 12 minutes total (6 minutes each side)
  14. Remove the pork half way (6 mins), flip, apply some oil and resume the cooking
  15. Once pork’s inside temp reaches 170F (76C), it is ready to serve!
