Serves 7 – 8


Steps

  1. Chop the chocolate bar thinly
  2. Measure the chopped chocolate (we need 250g)
  3. Heat up the pan with the heavy cream and condensed milk
  4. Stir until condensed milk dissolved
  5. Once you see the small bubbles, turn off the heat
  6. Add the chopped chocolate, butter, brandy
  7. Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined
  8. Prepare a tray (7in x 5in x 1.5in) with parchment paper
  9. Pour the chocolate mixture
  10. Level it and put it in the fridge for a couple of hours to overnight (until the chocolate is settled)
  11. Cut into pieces and dust with the cocoa powder
  12. Serve it!
