Steps

  1. Add all the sauce ingredients
  2. Mix well and set it aside

[steak]

  1. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (all sides)
  2. Apply Worcestershire sauce
  3. Heat the pan and add some oil
  4. Cook the steak. About 3 minutes each side
  5. Do not overcook the steak, once the inside temp reaches 120F/50C, remove the steak from the heat
  6. Rest the steak

  1. In the same pan used for cooking steak, put the potatoes (chopped)
  2. Season with paprika powder, garlic powder, and salt (keep a small amount of seasoning for later use)
  3. Continue to saute until the potatoes are cooked

  1. Slice the steak into dice (bite size) and set it aside
  2. In the pan, put the potatoes on one side
  3. Add onion, red bell pepper
  4. Season the onion and red bell pepper (use the remaining seasoning used in potatoes earlier)
  5. Toss them together
  6. Put back the steak in the pan
  7. Add eggs on top
  8. Put the lid on and let the eggs cook
  9. Once the eggs are cooked, drizzle the sauce on top
  10. Serve it!
