- 2 tbsp Dark Chocolate (chopped for chocolate bits)

Steps
- Boil water in the pot
- Chop the chocolate bars thinly
- Once chopped, transfer in a bowl
- Back to the pot, once boiling, turn off the heat
- Put the bowl on top of the bowl and start melting the chocolate
- Once chocolate is melted, add cocoa powder, cream cheese, and combine them
- If the chocolate mixture is too thick, add small amount of milk and continue to mix until smoothen
- Add the remaining milk and continue to mix
- Add sugar and combine
- Add heavy cream and mix
- Add a pinch of salt
- Once all the ingredients are mixed, put the mixture in the Ice Cream Maker
- Turn on the Ice Cream Maker and mix it for about 20 – 25 minutes
- After 20 minutes of mixting, add the chocolate bits (chopped chocolate)
- Once all incorporated, turn off the Ice Cream Maker
- Transfer the chocolate ice cream in the tub
- Put in the freezer overnight
- Scoop and serve it!
