Ingredients

Serves 8 – 9


Steps

  1. Boil water in the pot
  2. Chop the chocolate bars thinly
  3. Once chopped, transfer in a bowl
  4. Back to the pot, once boiling, turn off the heat
  5. Put the bowl on top of the bowl and start melting the chocolate
  6. Once chocolate is melted, add cocoa powder, cream cheese, and combine them
  7. If the chocolate mixture is too thick, add small amount of milk and continue to mix until smoothen
  8. Add the remaining milk and continue to mix
  9. Add sugar and combine
  10. Add heavy cream and mix
  11. Add a pinch of salt
  12. Once all the ingredients are mixed, put the mixture in the Ice Cream Maker
  13. Turn on the Ice Cream Maker and mix it for about 20 – 25 minutes
  14. After 20 minutes of mixting, add the chocolate bits (chopped chocolate)
  15. Once all incorporated, turn off the Ice Cream Maker
  16. Transfer the chocolate ice cream in the tub
  17. Put in the freezer overnight
  18. Scoop and serve it!
