Ingredients:

2 ready made pie crust

2 can evaporated milk

1/2 cup milk

6 pcs eggs (room temperature)

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 3/4 cup granulated sugar

Steps:

1. Combine milk and evaporated milk and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes

2. Prepare the eggs. Separate the egg white and yolk for 3 eggs. Add the remaining 3 eggs together with 3 egg yolks.

3. Set aside the egg whites from 3 eggs.

4. Beat the rest of the eggs (3 yolk + 3 whole eggs)

5. Add sugar

6. Add vanilla extract

7. Add milk mixture gradually

8. Strain the mixture

9. Beat the egg whites until it forms soft peaks

10. Combine the milk mixture and beaten egg whites together

1. Preheat oven to 350F

2. Bake the pie for 15 minutes

3. Lower the temperature to 325F

4. Bake for 30 minutes

5. Cool down the pie

6. Serve it!
