About This Dish
This is a simple and delicious way to cook the Brussels Sprouts. You just need to coat the brussels sprouts with balsamic vinegar and honey which makes it less bitter. This is so easy as you just need to pop it in the oven.
Ingredients:
2lbs fresh brussels sprouts

4 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

3 tsp honey

1 tsp salt

Dash of garlic powder

Steps:
1. Cut the brussels sprouts into half
2. Prepare balsamic vinegar and honey. Mix them together and set aside
3. Add Olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder together with brussels sprouts
4. Prepare the pan (put aluminum foil on top)
5. Put olive oil and spread it on entire aluminum foil sheet
6. Preheat oven to 425F
7. Put the Brussels Sprouts on the cooking pan
8. Put the pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes
9. Check if the Brussels Sprouts are tender and caramelized after 20 minutes in the oven
10. Serve it!
