Steps
- Thinly slice green onion
- Combine bread crumbs and milk together
- Mix ground beef and ground pork
- Add nutmeg, pepper, salt in the meat
- Add Worcestershire Sauce and miso paste
- Add breadcrumbs (with milk), add green onions
- Mix them all together
- Shape the patty in oval shape
- Heat up the pan (low-mid heat)
- Put butter and olive oil in the pan
- Place patties in the pan
- Cook for 3 minutes each side
- Wipe the excess oil using paper towel
- Add ¼ cup water and put the lid on. Continue to cook for a minute and remove the lid
- Serve it!
