There are different varieties of roasted chicken. For this recipe, I used basic herbs of rosemary, oregano, thyme and parsley with lemon and garlic. The Air Fryer is used for easy cooking instead of traditional oven cooking.

Steps
- Pat dry the chicken
- Rub with salt and pepper
- Rub with Rosemary
- Rub with Thyme
- Rub with Oregano
- Put the stuffing (lemon and garlic) in the chicken cavity
- Tie the legs
- Put some Parsley on top
- Coat with Olive Oil
- Put aluminum foil in the Air Fryer tray
- Put the chicken in the Air Fryer tray
Note: If your chicken is too big and reaching the max level, cover with foil to avoid overcooking that area - Set the temperature to 350F and timer to 55 minutes
- Serve it!
