Dalgona Coffee originated in South Korea which consists of whipped Sugar Coffee on top of Milk. It is very simple to make. It could be a great afternoon drink for your stay at home.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Instant Coffee – https://amzn.to/3bsccCR
- 2 tbsp Sugar – https://amzn.to/2QMDj3E
- 2 tbsp Water
- 175 ml Milk (amount of milk may vary based on your glass size. Fill ¾ of your glass) – https://amzn.to/2JgVKsY
Steps
- Combine Instant Coffee Powder, Sugar and Water and mix them well
- Continue to mix them using Mixer until soft peaks (the fluffy texture)
- Add Milk in a glass
- Add fluffy coffee mixture on top of the milk
- Enjoy it!
