Steps
- Mash the bananas add the lemon extract
- Put together the butter, yogurt, sugar, and eggs then combine the vanilla, mix all together.
- Combine the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and mix together.
- Mix the banana with the wet ingredients and gradually add the dry ingredients.
Note: Very important do not over mix the batter! - Pour batter into prepared loaf pan
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Bake for 1 hour. To test if it’s done, insert a toothpick in the center and if it comes out wet then let it go 10 minutes more.
- When ready, let it cool for about 5 minutes.
