How to make Baked Oreo Cheesecake Recipe

Do you love OREO cookies and Cheesecake? If so, this cheesecake is perfect for you! I’ve seen a lot of non-bake Oreo cheesecake but I would like to have mine baked! So if you are looking for a baked one, here is the recipe for you! Enjoy!



Ingredients

[crust]

Note: Once crust mixture is made, set aside 100g for the toppings

  • Icing
  • 2 Oreo
  • 100g crushed Oreo cracker saved from crust ingredients

Steps

[crust]

  1. Separate the Oreo crackers and fillings 
  2. Put the crackers in a ziploc bag and crush them to make the crust
  3. Add half of melted butter, salt in the crushed Oreo crackers and combine
  4. Add the remaining melted butter then combine
  5. Use 120g crust mixture for crust and 100g for the toppings
  6. Line the pan with parchment paper inside and foil under
  7. Add crushed oreo in the pan and form a crust
  8. Keep the crust in the fridge for 10 – 15 minutes while working on the fillings

  1. Prepare Cream Cheese (room temperature)
  2. Cream the cheese using mixer
  3. Add Oreo fillings, sugar and mix
  4. Add Salt, Sour Cream, All Purpose Flour and Vanilla Extract, combine
  5. Add Eggs one by one while mixing
  6. Once fillings are mixed, pour half of them in the pan
  7. Add Oreo cookies in between
  8. Pour the remaining fillings

  1. Preheat oven to 325F
  2. Cook for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. Depending on your oven condition
  3.  While baking, check for jiggly in the middle but set. And side part should be cooked

  1. Add icing on the top sides for decoration
  2. Add extra Oreo as optional
