Bacon Spinach Pasta is a very simple pasta but a delicious piece of meal. This is another dish I tasted first when I was in Tokyo Japan. I liked it and I thought of recreating this dish. It is a great dish, hope you guys get to try out this recipe!

Steps
- Thin slice Mushrooms
- Mince onions and garlic
- Slice Bacon in bite size
- Cook pasta in boiling water with salt and cooking water (follow the instructions in the box on how long the pasta should be cooked)
- While cooking pasta, cook the bacon on a separate pan. Cook it lightly and keep the soft texture. Once cooked, set it aside
- On a same pan, add olive oil and saute onion and garlic
- Add the mushrooms and continue sauteing
- Add Oregano, Basil and red pepper flakes (optional)
- Add back the bacon in the pan
- Add the spinach
- Add White Wine
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Continue to saute and add the pasta
- Add Permesan cheese
- Toss and add the basil
- Serve it!
