Steps
- Add butter, Ube Halaya in a bowl and mix
- Add sugar, eggs and incorporate with Ube mixture
- Add Ube Flavoring
- On a separate bowl, sift all purpose flour, baking powder and salt
- Add half of the flour mixture into a ube mixture bowl and combine
- Add the remaining flour mixture and combine
- Cover dough and chill for xx
- After dough is chilled, shape it to a small ball
- Coat the small dough with powdered sugar
- Repeat the same process for the rest of the dough
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Bake for 10 – 11 minutes but watching for the condition of the cookies
- Cool down for a while and serve it!
