It’s summer, in the hot summer, I love eating mangoes. To get more refreshed, In this recipe, made a Mango Sorbet using Ice Cream Maker. If you have an Ice Cream Maker, it is easier to make a cold refreshing dessert such as Sorbet. This recipe is pretty simple, you only need 4 ingredients. If you don’t have an Ice Cream Maker, you can also use the traditional way as well.

Ingredients
[simple syrup]

- 1/2 cup Water
[mango mixture]
- 2 cups Mango Purees – https://amzn.to/2X6UujJ
- 1 cup Simple Syrup (see above)
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice – https://amzn.to/2OQ3e9b
- Pinch of Salt – https://amzn.to/3jzQH7V
Steps
[simple syrup]
- Add water and sugar in the pot
- Heat up for a minute until sugar is dissolved
- Remove from the heat, set aside until chilled
[blending]
- Add chilled sliced mango in the blender
- Add simple syrup, salt and lemon juice
- Blend them together
[mixing]
- Add mango mixture in the ice cream maker
- Mix for 25 minutes
- After 25 minutes of mixing, transfer it to the freezer-safe container and freeze it overnight
