In this recipe, we will be making Ube flavored Tiktok Cloud Bread. It is very easy to make. It has a lovely look and texture for sure kids will enjoy it for their snack! Hope you give it a try too!
Ingredients

- 10g (1 tbsp) Cornstarch (sifted) – https://amzn.to/2Fw3OHF
- 3 drops Ube Food Flavoring (or any other color of your choice) – https://amzn.to/2QcoiqU
Steps
- Separate the egg yolk from the white and prepare 90g of Egg whites
- Beat the egg whites and add sugar gradually into the mixture
- Add sifted Cornstarch and continue to beat until stiff peak
- Prepare a baking pan lined with parchment paper
- Transfer the mixture onto a pan and shape the way you like
- Preheat oven to 300F
- Bake for 25 minutes
- Cool it down and serve
