Tapsilog (or Filipino Beef Tapa) is the term used when tapa, garlic-fried rice (sinangag), and fried egg (itlog) are combined into one meal, which is served primarily during breakfast.
In this recipe, we will be making super simple marinade sauce to make a perfect beef tapa that has authentic Filipino taste. If you missed Tapsilog, hope this recipe helps to satisfy your Tapsilog cravings.

Steps
- Make marinade sauce by mixing vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper.
- In the ziplog bag, add beef meat and marinade sauce and make sure marinade sauce is applied well to the beef meat
- Marinate the meat overnight
- Heat the pan and add oil, cook both sides of beef
- Serve it!
