  1. Make marinade sauce by mixing vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper.
  2. In the ziplog bag, add beef meat and marinade sauce and make sure marinade sauce is applied well to the beef meat
  3. Marinate the meat overnight
  4. Heat the pan and add oil, cook both sides of beef
  5. Serve it!
