Cassava Cake is a traditional Filipino dessert. In my Cassava Cake recipe, I used Jack Fruit, Corn, and Macapuno to bring out the rich flavor. This Cassava Cake is perfect for any occasion such as snack time, potluck in holiday gatherings, and parties. Hope you enjoy it! 🙂

- 396g (14 oz) Condensed Milk (adjust depending on your sweet preferences) – https://amzn.to/374fD1T
- 400ml (13.5 oz) Coconut Milk – https://amzn.to/3nTrBCj

- 2 pcs Egg – https://amzn.to/35ZRQRx
- Dash of Salt
Steps
- In a bowl add evaporated milk and eggs and combine
- Add coconut milk, condensed milk, grated cassava, macapuno, jack fruit and corn
- Add dash of salt and mix well
- Prepare a baking pan (I used 8in x 8in x 1.6in)
- Grease the baking pan with coconut oil or butter
- Pour the mixture in the baking pan
- Preheat oven to 375F and bake for 1 hour or run the toothpick taste and check by insert in the center until it comes out clean
- Switch to broil (450F) and broil for 10 minutes or until the surface turns golden brown
