  1. Toast the bread crumbs (panko) in the pan until it turns light brown
  2. Prepare 2.2 QT baking pan
  3. Lay down the salmon fillet
  4. Add salt and pepper to both sides
  5. Squeeze a lemon
  6. Add olive oil
  7. Spread the Japanese mayonnaise
  8. Sprinkle some Furikake and green onions
  9. Coat with bread crumbs (panko)
  10. Preheat oven to 375F
  11. Bake for 15 – 18 minutes
  12. Switch to broil (450F)
  13. Broil for 5 mins or until golden brown
  14. Garnish with green onions
  15. Serve it!
