For those of you who love Japanese-style flavoring, this Baked Salmon is perfect for a quick and easy way to prepare for the holiday dish. The Japanese mayonnaise, furikake, and panko bring a nice Japanese style flavoring to this dish. This is so easy to make, you can also prepare this as your daily dinner recipe.

Ingredients
- 1.4 lbs Salmon – https://amzn.to/3g3BTxa
- 1/4 cup Japanese Mayonaise – https://amzn.to/2KYestC
- 1 cup Bread crumbs (panko) – https://amzn.to/39yCIwr
- 2 tbsp Furikake (any flavor) – https://amzn.to/33xDkPj
- 2 tbsp Lemon – https://amzn.to/2Jod17a
- 2 stalks Green Onion – https://amzn.to/33BaDAX
- 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil – https://amzn.to/39wmGDq
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Steps
- Toast the bread crumbs (panko) in the pan until it turns light brown
- Prepare 2.2 QT baking pan
- Lay down the salmon fillet
- Add salt and pepper to both sides
- Squeeze a lemon
- Add olive oil
- Spread the Japanese mayonnaise
- Sprinkle some Furikake and green onions
- Coat with bread crumbs (panko)
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Bake for 15 – 18 minutes
- Switch to broil (450F)
- Broil for 5 mins or until golden brown
- Garnish with green onions
- Serve it!
