This is another Baked Salmon Recipe. Because Baked Salmon is so popular holiday dish, I also prepared the Italian inspired version. I also have the Japanese style one you might want to try.

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Mayonaise – https://amzn.to/3oemtck
- 1/2 Parmesan Cheese – https://amzn.to/37pGhm7
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic (minced) – https://amzn.to/3lstPaf
- 1/2 tsp Oregano – https://amzn.to/2Vp053C
- 2 tbsp Lemon – https://amzn.to/2Jod17a
- Parsley (for garnish) – https://amzn.to/39rQEIO
- 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil – https://amzn.to/39wmGDq
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Steps
- Prepare 2 QT baking dish
- Place the Salmon fillet in the baking dish
- Season with salt and pepper (both sides)
- Season with oregano, garlic (both sides)
- Squeeze a lemon
- Add olive oil
- Spread some mayo to coat the salmon
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top
- Add some parsley
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes
- Switch to broil (450F)
- Broil for 5 minutes or until golden brown
- Garnish with parmesan
- Serve it!
