Steps
- Rinse the cucumber and wrap in a plastic wrapper
- Lightly smash the cucumber
- Cut the cucumber into 1/4
- Remove the middle part of the cucumber
- Cut it into bite-size
- Put the cucumber in a bowl and add salt
- Massage the cucumber and set it aside to draw the water
[dressing]
- Mix all the dressing ingredients
[combine]
- Once the water is out from the cucumber, drain it
- Add the dressing to cucumber and toss
- Add La-Yu chili oil and chili pepper flakes
- Serve it!
