About:
If you want to make an authentic taste chashu in a super simple way, try this recipe using the Air Fryer. The traditional Chashu is rolling a big chunk of pork belly. To make an easy homemade Pork Belly Chashu, I used the sliced pork belly which is very convenient if you just want to consume a small amount of pork chashu. The flavor also goes well into the pork belly since it is sliced already when marinated. If you want to enjoy quick and simple yet authentic pork belly chashu, you must try this recipe.
