Steps
[boiling beef]
- Put the beef (cube) in the pot and water until the beef is fully submerged
- Press SAUTE and let it boil
- Boil it for about 5 minutes to bring out the scum
- Once the scum is out, discard the water and rinse the beef and set it aside
[saute and pressure cook]
- Put back the cleaned pot
- Press SAUTE
- Add oil, saute garlic, onion, ginger and saute
- Add spices and continue to saute
- Add chili bean paste
- Add Rice Wine
- Put back the boiled beef
- Add onion, carrots, green onion, tomatoes, soy sauce, sesame oil, beef bouillon
- Add water
- Press CANCEL
- Put the lid on and close it
- Press Meat and cook for 35 minutes
[bok choy and noodles]
- Boil water in the pot
- Boil bok choy for a minute and put in the cold water to blanch it
- Set aside the bok choy
- With the same boiling water, cook the noodles (follow the cooking instruction in the package of the noodles)
- Drain water and set aside
[assembly]
- Depressurize the Instant Pot
- Add some more flavoring depending on your taste
- Add some sugar to balance the taste
- Plating, add noodle in a bowl
- Add soup, use strainer
- Top with bok choy, cilantro, and chili
- Serve it!
