About:
Misua (also spelled mee sua or miswa; Chinese: 麵線; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: mī-sòaⁿ) or also known as, wheat vermicelli are a very thin variety of salted noodles made from wheat flour.
It originated in Fujian, China.[1] The noodles differ from mifen (rice vermicelli) and cellophane noodles in that those varieties are made from rice and mung beans, respectively.
This is very easy to make comforting soup. In this recipe, I’m using Instant Pot to show you can make Instant Pot to make this dish but you can also use the traditional pot as well.
