[Ginger sauce]
- 3/4 cup Onion (grated) – https://amzn.to/397kKU8

Steps
- Combine all the ginger sauce ingredients and set aside
- Gently pound the pork with a knife to soften the tendons
- Coat the pork with the ginger sauce
- Gently coat the pork with all purpose flour
- Heat up the pan
- Saute the onion lightly and set aside
- Add a bit of cooking oil to the pan and put the pork
- Cook both sides of the pork
- Add ginger and ginger sauce
- Toss then plate it
