- 2L Water
[Pork Topping]
- Shredded Pork (pork used from the soup broth)
- 1/2 tsp Salt (to taste) – https://amzn.to/3sSnt7C
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
[Optional Toppings]
- Boiled Eggs
- Bean Sprout
- Green Onion
Steps
- Rinse the pork back ribs and put in the Instant Pot
- Add ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, sake, salt and water
- Put the lid on and close it
- Press Soup/Broth
- Cook for 30 minutes
- After 30 minutes of cooking, press CANCEL and depressurize
- Remove the pork from the pot
- Separate the meat from the bones using forks
- Season the shredded pork with sesame oil and salt
- Press Saute to bring the soup to a boil
- Assemble the bowl of ramen
- Serve it!
