Ingredients

Serves 4 – 5

[Pork Topping]

  • Shredded Pork (pork used from the soup broth)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt (to taste) – https://amzn.to/3sSnt7C 
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil 

[Optional Toppings]

  • Boiled Eggs
  • Bean Sprout
  • Green Onion

Steps

  1. Rinse the pork back ribs and put in the Instant Pot
  2. Add ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, sake, salt and water
  3. Put the lid on and close it
  4. Press Soup/Broth
  5. Cook for 30 minutes
  6. After 30 minutes of cooking, press CANCEL and depressurize
  7. Remove the pork from the pot
  8. Separate the meat from the bones using forks
  9. Season the shredded pork with sesame oil and salt
  10. Press Saute to bring the soup to a boil
  11. Assemble the bowl of ramen
  12. Serve it!
