Steps
Marination:
- Add soy sauce, knorr liquid seasoning, salt and pepper into meat and mix it well
- Transfer the meat into Ziploc, marinate for overnight
Cooking:
- Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes
- Cut the carrots into bite pieces
- Mince garlic and onions
- Transfer the marinated meat into a bowl
- Add all purpose flour in the bowl and mix well
- Prepare Instant Pot. Set to Saute Mode, and adjust to “More” (High Heat)
- Add Olive Oil and wait for the pot to heat up
- Add the meat and cook it until it turns brown. You can cook the meat by batch to make sure all meats are cooked
- Set aside the meat once it is cooked
- Add Olive Oil, drop the onions, garlic and saute
- Put back the meat in the pot and give a little bit of stir
- Add Tomato Paste, Red Wine, Chicken Stock
- Add water accordingly to adjust the sauce thickness to your preferences
- Add Oregano, Thyme and Bay Leaves.
- Add Sugar and Beef cubes. You can crushed red pepper optionally
- Stir for couple of times
- Press Cancel, put the lid on and close it. Set to Sealing Position.
- Set to Meat / Stew and cook for 40 minutes
- Press Cancel and Set to Saute Mode
- Open the lid, add the potatoes, carrots, olives
- Simmer until potatoes are cooked
- Add Bell Pepper
- Add Salt and Pepper to taste. Adjust based on your preferences
- Serve it!
