Okonomiyaki is a famous Japanese dish. Usually you will see Okonomiyaki in the matsuri (festival) in Japan. In this recipe, we will be making homemade Okonomiyaki with the ready-made Okonomiyaki flour. It is easy to make yet you still get the authentic taste.

Steps
- Shred the cabbage and green onions
- Cut the pork belly in 3-4 length long
- Mix Okonomiyaki Flour and water until flour is fully dissolved
- Add eggs and mix gently
- Add cabbage, green onion, pickled red ginger, tenkasu and combine gently
- Heat the pan/plate at 400F
- Spread cooking oil
- Get about one cup of Okonomiyaki batter and put on the pan/plate and shape it like a pancake
- Cook for 2 -3 minutes (check if bottom side is cooked) while cooking the bottom, place the pork belly on top
- Flip the Okonomiyaki to cook the other side as well as the pork belly
- Place on a plate, spread the Okonomiyaki sauce
- Add Japanese Mayonnaise
- Add Aonori, Bonito flakes and green onion
- Serve it while it is hot!
