A crêpe or crepe is a very thin pancake. Usually, you buy crepes from the store but you can also make crepes at home and it only requires a few ingredients and is pretty easy to make one. You can make your own crepe menu by adding your favorite fruits or simply butter and sugar.

- 4 tbsp Melted Butter – https://amzn.to/3c5bDz8
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract – https://amzn.to/3aYg1Qv
Steps
- Combine all dry ingredients (all purpose flour, sugar, salt)
- Beat eggs in separate bowl and combine with milk, melted butter and extract
- Mix all wet ingredients
- Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour the wet ingredients in the middle by batch
- Slowly combine dry and wet ingredients and mix them until crepe batter smoothen
- Turn on the heat (mid-high)
- Add small amount of butter in the pan and spread with brush
- Once pan is heated, lift to put away from the heat and pour ¼ cup of crepe batter in the middle of the pan
- Start tilting the pan with circular motion to coat the pan surface evenly
- Once bottom side is light brown, flip and cook the other side
- Serve with the fruit of your preferences or you can simply put melted butter and confectioners sugar
