How to make Homemade Crepes Recipe

A crêpe or crepe is a type of very thin pancake. Usually you buy crepes from the store but you can also make crepes at home and it only requires a few ingredients and pretty easy to make one. You can make your own crepe menu by adding your favorite fruits or simply butter and sugar.

Steps

  1. Combine all dry ingredients (all purpose flour, sugar, salt)
  2. Beat eggs in separate bowl and combine with milk, melted butter and extract
  3. Mix all wet ingredients
  4. Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour the wet ingredients in the middle by batch
  5. Slowly combine dry and wet ingredients and mix them until crepe batter smoothen
  6. Turn on the heat (mid-high)
  7. Add small amount of butter in the pan and spread with brush
  8. Once pan is heated, lift to put away from the heat and pour ¼ cup of crepe batter in the middle of the pan
  9. Start tilting the pan with circular motion to coat the pan surface evenly
  10. Once bottom side is light brown, flip and cook the other side
  11. Serve with the fruit of your preferences or you can simply put melted butter and confectioners sugar
