Max’s Fried Chicken is a famous fried chicken originated from Max’s Restaurant in the Philippines. It is marinated in Fish Sauce and boiled before it deep fried in the oil. In this recipe, we will be using an Air Fryer to cook the chicken alternative to deeping in the oil. Texture may not be exactly the same as deep fried one but taste is as delicious as the deep fried one. Hope you get to try it!

- 1 L Water

Steps
- marinate the chicken with (marinade ingredients) and marinate overnight
- Boil water with boiling water mixture ingredients
- Add the marinated chicken in the boiling water and boil it for 10 minutes
- Cool down (make sure the skin is dry) – you can put the chicken in the fridge to cool it faster
- Air Fry for 20 minutes at 350F
- Serve it!
