About:
Kababayan is a very popular Filipino Muffin. It’s been loved by Filipino people for decades. Usually, you can get this muffin from a local bakery store in the Philippines. If you are living abroad and cannot find a store to buy it, why don’t you go ahead and make one? It is so simple and easy to make and so delicious! You can use Stand Mixer to make the mixing easier or you can mix the ingredients by using Hand Mixer.
