There are a lot of types, styles of the ramen. The ramen in the restaurant usually takes days of preparation in order for them to get the rich flavor in the soup. In this recipe, we will be making simple miso ramen that you can easily enjoy at home. It is very delicious that you can enjoy a bowl (or maybe more because it is a free refill) of ramen at home. - Water
- Boiled Egg

- Pork Belly Chashu

- Green Onion
Steps

- Add sesame oil and heat up the pot
- Saute ginger, garlic, onion
- Add 4 tbsp of Miso paste and saute together
- Add 8 cups of water
- Put the lid on, bring it to a boil
- Once boiling, add the remaining miso and kimchi base
- Taste and adjust accordingly
- Set aside the soup

- Boil water and cook the noodles according to the instruction

- In a bowl add the soup (use strainer)
- Add the noodles
- Add your favorite toppings such as Pork Belly Chashu, Boiled Egg, Sprout, Green Onion, etc
- Serve it!
