About this recipe
Baked Sushi or Sushi Bake is a unique Sushi recipe where sushi rice and toppings (of your choice) are placed in a tray and will be baked. It is way far from the traditional sushi cuisine but it is so good that everyone can enjoy this dish. It is perfect to roll up with nori seaweed and eat. Hope you guys enjoy it!
How to make Homemade Furikake (Rice Seasoning)
Ingredients

- 1 cup Japanese Mayonnaise – https://amzn.to/3d89tj9

Add the sushi vinegar gradually until it reaches your taste preferences

For 3 cups Rice:
- 200 ml Rice Vinegar – https://amzn.to/2BwqZjg
- 2 tbsp Sugar – https://amzn.to/2BnQKlB

Note: taste and adjust to your taste preferences
Steps

- Add Japanese Mayonnaise, sour cream, Sriracha and Rice Vinegar and mix well

- Marinate the salmon and bake it (see Salmon Air Fryer Recipe for baking Salmon)
- Chop the onion
- Loosen the crab sticks and cut into 1.5 inch length
- Once Salmon is baked, loosen the meat, green onion
- In a large bowl, add salmon, crab sticks and toppings dressing
- Set aside
[sushi rice]
- Cook 4 cups of Japanese rice
- Once rice is cooked, add sushi vinegar and gently incorporate
[assemble]
- On an oven-safe tray, place the rice (make sure evenly flattened)
- Add Furikake on top of the rice
- Add toppings
[bake]
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Switch to Broil and cook for 2-3 minutes
